2026 marks 20 Years of IPED Fellows at UNHP! University Neighborhood Housing Program has supported IPED Fellows from Fordham University’s International Political Economy and Development Program since 2006.

2026 marks the 20th anniversary of UNHP’s Building Indicator Project (BIP). The BIP database tracks the levels of physical and financial distress in over 70,000 NYC multifamily apartment buildings and data from the database has been used in a number of affordable housing reports. The BIP continues to make a significant impact in the affordable housing community today.
