Bronx City Councilman Calls for Rate Freeze in NYC
Bronx City Councilman Jimmy Vacca has called for a two year water and sewer rate freeze in New York City. Today’s Daily News reports that Vacca has written a letter to the New York City Water Board and is preparing legislation to that effect for consideration by the City Council.
