Rising Values in a Highly Subsidized Market

UNHP’s 2005 report and accompanying forum Rising Values in a Highly Subsidized Market examined multifamily housing values, economic indicators, housing quality, Section 8, and other public programs.

The data shows that residents of the densest part of the Bronx have the lowest median household incomes, pay the highest percentages of their incomes for rents, and live in the buildings with the highest incidence of housing quality issues.

This forum was dedicated to the memory of Michael S. Crawford, a longtime friend and colleague at the Northwest Bronx Community and Clergy Coalition.
