On September 22nd, UNHP hosted our annual fundraiser. Due to the pandemic, we shifted to an online webinar instead of our usual beerhall event. While we were not able to gather together with friends and coworkers for a drink on Arthur Ave, we were able to share information about how COVID-19 has impacted the Bronx - specifically the effect it has had on the housing market - and what we think needs to happen as we move forward to ensure an equitable recovery.
The UNHP 2020 Affordable Housing Webinar was held on Tuesday, September 22nd, and attended by over 100 viewers. The replay link can be found in the blog post. The webinar explored issues raised during this COVID-19 crisis and its impact on affordable housing, multifamily finance, and neighborhood needs.
On July 28th, UNHP held its annual Building Indicator Project meeting. Jacob Udell, Data and Research Coordinator, presented for UNHP about trends in the housing market.
