It's no secret that the housing stock in New York City is aging. Here in the Bronx, the median age of multifamily apartment buildings is 87 years. In Community Board 6 it's 98 years old.

June 11th Fair Offers Extravaganza of Credit Resources
On Wednesday, June 11, University Neighborhood Housing Program (UNHP), a non-profit with over 30 years of experience, will sponsor a Credit Extravaganza at the Northwest Bronx Resource Center located at 2715 Bainbridge Avenue Bronx, NY from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm. The Credit Resource Fair will help attendees review their credit and meet with advisors about ways to stretch their incomes, and create better spending habits.
