Potential Bronx Homebuyers, Help is on the Way!

​Homebuyers Seminar on May 30 to launch 1st Time Buyer Program 

Bronxites will now be able to get free homebuyer counseling in the Northwest Bronx! The program will launch with a Seminar on Thursday, May 30 at 6 p.m. at 2751 Grand Concourse - entrance on East 196th Street. 

Interested clients can call (718) 933-2539 to RSVP for this event and make an appointment for the free individual homeownership counseling which will start June 7^th, 2013.  You can also RSVP directly from our events page.  

University Neighborhood Housing Program continues its long history of partnerships with experienced non-profit community groups to offer this program specifically designed for first time homebuyers in the Northwest Bronx.  For several years, UNHP and The Parodneck Foundation have worked with homeowners to provide foreclosure prevention counseling and Resource Fairs covering water, taxes and lien issues.  

Potential homebuyers can also get financial coaching and small business help from one Bronx location, our Northwest Bronx Resource Center located at Refuge House, 2715 Bainbridge Ave.  Call (718) 933-2539 to schedule an appointment for these services.
